"Chef enjoys 'neighborly feel' of city"

A week after Studio, the restaurant at the oceanfront resort Montage Laguna Beach, Calif., received the prestigious Mobil Five-Star award, Executive Chef James Boyce sat down with its executives.

"We decided it was time for me to start a new venture," said Boyce, Studio's executive chef for six years.
