"QA with Chef James Boyce" 

I have a special place in my heart for Alabama, as some of my family members live down there and I spent a few childhood vacations enjoying the Gulf. So it was a real treat to interview star chef and New York-transplant James Boyce, who has created his own culinary paradise down in Huntsville. Formerly of fancypants Le Cirque and Mary Elaine's at the Phoenician Resort, Boyce now creates seasonal menus showcasing regional Alabama produce (including more than 20 different types of beans!), daily-caught seafood, farm-raised meats and game.
